1. Introduction

Welcome to White City Limassol Adults Only Aparthotel (“the Property”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By making a reservation, checking in, or staying with us, you (“the Guest”, “you”) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“the Terms”).
Please read them carefully before completing your reservation, as they form a legally binding agreement between you and the Property.

2. Reservations and Payments

  • Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Property.

  • For direct bookings, full payment is required no later than 72 hours prior to arrival.

  • Reservations made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) are governed by those platforms’ terms in addition to these Terms.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as wire transfers (funds must clear at least 48 hours prior to arrival).

  • Prices include VAT and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before check-in (applies to direct bookings only).

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reservation amount.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.

  • In accordance with EU consumer law, if we cancel a confirmed reservation, the Guest is entitled to a full refund of any pre-paid amounts.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: from 15:00 (3:00 PM).

  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be offered subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Guests must present a valid photo ID, reservation details and credit/debit card matching the reservation name upon check-in.

5. Accommodation and Property Use

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the accommodation and for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of their stay.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas. A cleaning charge of up to €250 may apply for violations.

  • Pets are not permitted unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the Property prior to arrival.

  • The Property reserves the right to enter rooms when reasonably necessary for maintenance, safety, or regulatory purposes.
  • A refundable damage deposit of €150 is required upon arrival and will be collected via credit card.
  • The deposit will be fully refunded within seven (7) days after check-out, provided that no damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is identified during the inspection of the property.
  • Refunds will be processed to the same credit card used for the original payment.

6. Guest Conduct

  • Guests must conduct themselves respectfully toward staff and other guests and comply with all posted safety and property rules.

  • Any disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

  • The Property is Adults Only (14+); minors are not permitted to stay.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

  • The Property shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left unattended on the premises.

  • Safety deposit boxes are provided for guests’ convenience.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Cyprus or EU law.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal safety and compliance with property policies at all times.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal data collected during reservations or stays is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Notice] and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Notice.

Marketing consent:
By ticking the relevant box or otherwise providing consent, you agree to receive promotional materials, newsletters, and marketing communications from Whit City Limassol and\ or ICY Management Ltd via email or other electronic means.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in our communications or by contacting us directly.

9. Security and CCTV

For the safety and security of guests, staff, and property, CCTV surveillance is in operation in public and common areas.
 Recordings are retained for a limited period and processed in compliance with the EU GDPR and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018.
Cameras are not installed in private areas (such as rooms or restrooms).

  1. Common Areas

Guests are required to use all shared facilities and common areas responsibly, safely, and in accordance with the posted rules and instructions of the Property.
The Property shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the Guest’s own negligence, misuse, or failure to comply with safety instructions or posted guidelines.
Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning caused by a Guest, whether deliberate or accidental, to the Property or its common areas shall be charged to the Guest’s account, and the Property reserves the right to recover the full cost of repair or replacement.

11. Force Majeure

The Property shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, war, government actions, strikes, or pandemics.
In such cases, reservations may be modified, postponed, or cancelled without liability.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Limassol, Cyprus.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply to all bookings made after its publication date.

Guests must comply with the Property’s House Rules, available at reception or on our website. Violation of these rules may result in termination of stay without refund.
