- Introduction
Welcome to White City Limassol Aparthotel. By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Reservations and Payments
- Full payment for the stay is required 48 Hours prior to arrival. Available for direct reservations only.
- Reservations made through affiliated platforms are subject to the platform terms.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and wire transfers posting to our account 48 Hrs prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date are free of charge. This applies to direct reservations only.
- For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date, a cancellation fee reflecting the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out time is until 11:00 AM.
- Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Accommodation
- Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused to the property during their stay.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated and agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards other guests and staff.
- Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the guest being asked to leave without a refund.
- Liability
- White City Limassol Aparthotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests should ensure their personal belongings are secure at all times.

- Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
